Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-11
This refund and cancellation policy applies to the website, products and services offered under the brand WAAPI, operated by WAAPI (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our services you agree to this refund and cancellation policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the services.
1. No-refund policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation: subscription fees (monthly, yearly or any other cycle), one-time setup or onboarding fees, wallet or prepaid balance top-ups, per-message or usage charges, and add-on purchases. No refunds, credits or pro-rated amounts are provided for partial use, unused periods, unused wallet balance, downgrades, or account suspension/termination resulting from a breach of our terms.
2. Why we do not offer refunds
Our services are digital and are provisioned immediately on payment — infrastructure, channel fees and licences are committed to your account at activation. We therefore ask that you evaluate the service using the information, demos and any trial period made available before purchasing.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your panel or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period remains payable and active until it ends. Prepaid/wallet balances remain usable until exhausted or account closure but are not encashable.
4. Billing errors & duplicates
Genuine billing errors — for example a duplicate charge for the same invoice caused by a payment-gateway fault — will be corrected. Report them within 7 days of the charge with the transaction reference; verified duplicates are reversed to the original payment method or credited to your account.
5. Chargebacks
Raising a chargeback instead of contacting us for a billing-error review is treated as a breach of this policy and may result in suspension of the account pending resolution.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or other applicable mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
Governing law & jurisdiction
This document is governed by the laws of India. For operators in India this includes the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where we serve customers in other jurisdictions, we honour applicable local requirements including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to the extent they apply. Courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
